Come work with opinionated people who leave on time.

We're 14 people trying to grow to 22 without becoming insufferable. If you're good at the work and bad at corporate, you'll fit.

A job is one part of your life, not the whole shape of it.

Open roles

Eight roles. One of them might be yours.

How we hire

Four steps. No surprises.

01.
30-min intro call. We're trying to understand you, not interrogate you.
02.
A conversation about the work. What you've shipped, what you've learned, what's still bugging you about a project you finished two years ago.
03.
We talk money. Openly. Both sides. No "what's your expectation?" gotchas.
04.
Offer or a thoughtful no. Within 5 days, always.

Life here

A small, slightly-too-honest tour.

every day

People here move thoughtfully.

Nobody's giving you an anxiety attack at 11am because a deck is due at noon. We plan further out than that. If we're stressed, that's a process problem we own.

also true

The client is always right. Doesn't mean we can't rant about it.

We do the work, and we do it well. We also let each other vent. The two aren't in conflict, they're how we stay sane.

always

Leave at 6.

If your week was bad, we'll talk on monday. If our week was bad, that's a process problem, not a 9pm slack problem.

Send us a note anyway.

Tell us what you do and how you'd want to work with us. We keep a real list. We check it. We've hired three people off cold notes in the last 18 months.
